How do you ensure the beer stays fresh during transit?

All our beers are stored in temperature-controlled warehouses and shipped in reinforced, UV-protected packaging to ensure your brews arrive in peak condition.

What is your shipping policy for alcoholic beverages?

We ship to most states where legal. Please note that an adult aged 21 or older must be present to sign for the delivery and provide a valid government-issued ID.

Can I track my order once it has been placed?

Yes, as soon as your order leaves our brewery, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

What should I do if a bottle or can arrives damaged?

While we take great care in packing, accidents happen. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo of the damage for a full refund or replacement.

Do you offer any subscription services for recurring deliveries?

Yes! Our 'BrewDog Subscription' allows you to receive a curated box of our latest releases and headliners every month at a discounted rate.

Are your beers suitable for vegans?

The vast majority of BrewDog beers are vegan-friendly. We do not use isinglass. Any exceptions, such as milk stouts containing lactose, are clearly labeled on the product page and packaging.
