Returns & Exchanges
At BrewDog, we want you to enjoy every sip, but if your order isn't quite right, we are here to help with a straightforward returns process for our craft beers and merchandise. Due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we can only accept returns on non-consumable items or damaged goods reported within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you need to return your item or report a damaged shipment.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Ensure all non-perishable items are in their original packaging; for damaged beer cans or bottles, please provide photographic evidence as requested by our team.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location to begin the transit back to our warehouse.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or issue a replacement within 5-7 business days.
