An original take on an American IPA, layered with punchy New Zealand hops to create an all-out riot of grapefruit,Ā pineappleĀ and lychee before a spiky, mouth-puckering bitter finish. Unlike more recent versions, this is not dry-hopped focusing more on the bittering and hops additions during the boil to create an intense flavour.
